We're working towards the first official release of the pipeline.

This project attempts to automate and standardise the basic things that every plant-pathology bioinformatician does with their new genomes. So it really needs to be 1) easy to use and install, and 2) cover as much of what a bioinformatician would normally do as possible. Essentially, we'd like to avoid the natural response of "I can do that better" and encourage people to use this tool, and help us improve it if necessary.

Here we track the things that are necessary for getting the pipeline to a publishable standard, that won't turn people off when they first see it.
