The first double colon was noticed due to a failing unit test.
The second one was noticed just now by grepping through the file.
The IPv6 documentation prefix is 2001:db8::/32 and the IPv6 address is also invalid since it contains two
::making it ambiguous where to fill how many zeroes in.
