If a Test has a Label, move it to the front of the page title

Feature Request Summary

Test result page titles currently start with "WebPageTest Test Result" followed by any unique information. Instead, it would be nice it if the title started with the unique information, like the label, first.

What's the motivation or use case for the change/feature?

If you're looking at a large number of tabs, it quickly becomes impossible to distinguish between them because of the title naming convention.

I have site, location, browser, connection, date, and time

This, I think, tracks.

If there's a label applied to the test, I think that gets jumps priority over all of these.
