Add an option to use native title bar?

This may seem a bit backwards given the current UI standards, and also complex given, well, you need to place a menu somewhere, but whenever available, it's an option I turn on (e.g. Telegram). That's because I usually run a Cinnamon extension called Maximus, that allows me to remove such title bars. Back in the Gnome2 / Mate days, I used to have a theme with no title bars either.

I'm a heavy keyboard user, and any extra screen real state is useful - specially with bloated HA dashboards 😂

That all said, I understand this is possibly an edge case, but I thought I should open the issue anyway.
