Feature Request: expose OpenAI base_url parameter in Kit MCP

I'm working in a large development organization and we have an internal proxy URL to access OpenAI models. I'd like to try using Kit MCP with AI assistants, but for that to work in our org I'd need to configure the OpenAI base_url to point to our proxy. Would you consider exposing the base_url parameter to configuration for OpenAI? I believe that this would be all that would be needed to allow us to try using Kit's MCP server internally.

Thanks! We do support this in OpenAIConfig, but the interface is a little awkward to config (e.g., from the MCP) Let me push a PR to make it easier.

@JCook21 also, if you're trying kit's MCP server, try out latest version v3.3.0, which I released just now.
Significantly reduces context bloat in the data returned by some of the MCP tools.

I'll also soon add Skills that match the existing MCP features, too, which will be another optional way to use kit.
