Update Paper

Once the lesson is entirely reviewed and submitted, we need to update the paper:

• add a section about the review process
• add a section about the change of dataset (Dollar Street 10 instead of CIFAR-10)
• check the author list is up-to-date
• double-check everything is still valid and up-to-date
