Object tracking keeps running after skill is aborted

often, the object tracking keeps running and spamming the terminal even tho no skill is running.
We should fix that, also because we sometimes disconnect the camera completely and i suspect there might be a connection to this issue ...

We send the Stop Message after exiting the FINAL and FAILED states. Seems like the skill is ended from an undefined state and therefore does not call to stop tracking. Requires to look further into the skiller.
