Disable building-hours caching and local data

To avoid people having the wrong hours.

I think we should discard the data when the view is closed, and also remove the bundled data, so that it has to be fetched from the network every time.

Should we also auto-refresh the data every hour, if the view is still open? (This can be a second phase)
