New blocks, new menu and functionality

This new features have been added to make it accessible for kids to start with the biggest starter kit available:

1. Add "Save Arduino Code" option
2. Extend Categories menu
3. Add all necessary blocks needed for the Elegoo "Most Complete Starter Kit - Uno R3 Project"
4. Translate German Version
