By default,
makepulls base image before buildinglatest.The
docker-build-pushtarget builds and pushes not onlylatestbut also a tagged image, which is always useful for production.(BTW, there's no https://hub.docker.com/r/carlos-jenkins/python-github-webhooks/ repository)
