Can't see pull request in the new VSTS UI 

`git-vs pulls` opens https://\<account\>.visualstudio.com/_pulls, which doesn't exist if the user has moved to the [newer VSTS UI.](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/vsts/release-notes/2018/jun-19-vsts)

With a quick look, couldn't find an equivalent of listing all PRs for my team/repos in the new VSTS UI.
