Ignore Exampe and Test licenses

Problem

Until now the license files from the tests and example project were included in the final plist unless they were explicitly excluded via the -e flag. See #24

Changes

• Any path that contains /LicenseGenerator-iOS/Example/ is now ignored
• Any path that contains /LicenseGenerator-iOS/Tests/ is ignored unless the --test flag is set
• Removed the local LICENSE files from the example project and instead added the libs to the podfile.
