Have parameterisable wait times for the Blockfrost integration

It might benefit the Blockfrost chain following logic to have configurable times, so that waiting can be extended depending on the network/use-case of the users.

Suggested solution

• Configurable wait times
• Recommended values for specific networks

Alternative

Maybe we could just attempt to be extremely robust when running under blockfrost, and allow for really long delays?

Nothing more to add @noonio . I am not sure we need to have configurable wait times since, as you mentioned, we could just use sufficiently large timeout values in which we expect to get results from blockfrost.

We can put large timeout as the default and let users to optimise it if needed too
