Set as default "manual entry screen"

Issue description

I want the entry page to be the one where the user manually inputs the data from the credit card. By default, the camera appears, but I do not want that.

The only solution I find is to set:

scanningEnabled = false

but I don't want that.

This is a question, not an issue, but I didn't know how to create a question.

@garymccormick I didn't find a viable solution on this .. and that's why we didn't use the framework anymore.
