Some field updates on Cb Protection require separate POST parameters

The debugLevel can only be changed when the `changeDiagnostics={changeDiagnostics}` parameter is added to the POST URL (see https://developer.carbonblack.com/reference/enterprise-protection/7.2/rest-api/#computer)
