The plugin is intended to scope the scan based on what is or is not selected in the Figma canvas. If nothing is selected, than the plugin should scan the entire page. If a frame is selected, the scan should scope to only the selected frame(s).

Currently the plugin has an issue where if the user selects one or more frames, the scan will cover the entire page regardless of the selection. This should be updated to the above functionality.
