Description
could you expose a configuration of not allowing reorder? because it will be more friendly to users get used to the items/options being in a certain order.

Steps to reproduce
- choose multiselect--default
- click the dropdown and select "option 4" then close dropdown
- click to open the dropdown, "option 4" is moved to the top, user expected it to be in a certain order as before.
