Summary
Allow for passing in the default sort column and direction to sort the data.
Justification
Currently the only way to do it is calling the sortBy function in the render function which isn't ideal and causes unnecessary re-renders.
Desired UX and success metrics
The default sort column and direction passed in are reflected in the headers and data being sorted correctly.
