registered webhooks page has access to settings page buttons

Description:
When opening the "Registered webhooks", clicking on the empty space sometime shows an input like "interval (seconds)"

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the settings page
2. Open registered webhooks
3. Click on any empty space below the title.

Expected vs Actual Behavior

• Expected: nothing should pop up.
• Actual: a pop up with some settings is displayed.
