Expose aggregate entity type and annotate the API + Event resources

So far the ORD plugin exposes ORD entity types as root and sub-nodes, however for our metadata import, we also need the aggregate type and the api + event resource "annotated" with the entity types like it is done for ODM with entity type mapping.

To do this, I think we need to introduce sub-context namespaces for the category, so that the aggregate and the root entity do not have a collision in ORD ID.

Maybe something like <systemNamespace>.aggregate / <systemNamespace>.subentity / <systemNamespace>.rootentity ?

not sure if we can introduce subnamespaces as the app might have already subnamespaces. I would just suffix the root entity with "Root".
