Installation Process Out Of Date + Fix #25
Description
The requirements.txt appears to have issues and requires specifying versions of some packages manually. For example you need to install "pip install grpcio==1.42.0" specifically, the automatic download fails.
You can find this updated environment here if you need a reference: https://github.com/ZYKLOBS/SREC-nll-entropy , notice however it is a .yml file instead.
There also appears to be an issue on 30-Series cards on getting this to run, see #24 .
After many hours of trying to fiddle around with this, I got it to work by creating another version of the environment and switching graphics cards to a 2080.
