Welcome to the HCProt project

This project has as objective to facilitate the read of files extracted of Protein Data Bank.

Basic usage

Windows

Go to sPDBReader\PDBReader\bin\Debug\PDBReader.exe to get the last version of ".exe" for windows.

Linux

Install Wine. For example, in arch, write in terminal

pacman -S wine

Then, use

wget https://github.com/caomem/PDBReader/raw/master/sPDBReader/PDBReader/bin/Debug/PDBReader.exe
wine PDBReader.exe
