(1) This project is about: predicting the spatter behavior during selective laser melting (SLM) based on the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) platform OpenFOAM.

(2) This example is based on OpenFOAM-9, so please install OpenFOAM-9 before calculating this example.

(3) The folder "spatterBehaviorPredictSLM_CaoLiu" contains the required calculation example files. For the specific calculation process, please refer to the document "OpenFOAM (Open-Source Version) Instructions for Use.pdf".
