I split the How to set up the driver guide into multiple how-to guides.

I have made some updates to the inital PR. The changes include:

  1. Update broken internal links and table of contents.
  2. Rename new files and headings
  3. Fix spelling

For context, this PR is solving an old issue posted on Open Documentation Academy. The old implementation for "How to setup a driver" included the actual steps of setting up the driver on all platforms, but it also included the following "unrelated" content:

  1. How to set up network bridging using VirtualBox on MacOS
  2. How to set up port forwarding using VirtualBox on MacOS and Windows
  3. How to view Multipass instances using the driver.

This PR is an effort to separate the above topics into their own individual pages/guides.
