This PR includes the following:

Remove suffix _charm since it s not needed
Update links to the charms in Charmhub
Fixes imports of the maas_region.maas library
Resolves issue of Charmhub when publishing the library: The library charms.maas_region_charm.v0.maas does not belong to this charm 'maas-region'.
