Scroll up from top of page reveals bug in IOS

Steps to reproduce:

• Load homepage in Safari for IOS
• Scroll up (drag page down)

Expected results:
Should not be able to see the hidden menu.

Actual results:
Hidden menu peeks through the top of the page.

My fix broke the sidebar and has thus been reverted. I will investigate and reimplement.
