* Add Pipeline Stages for Azure DB in the Sidetrack pipeline. Azue DB builds last longer, so they execute on the Sidetrack until the build is optimized. * Since Azure DB uses the Microsoft SQL Server DB engine, the Azure DB stages can be executed on PRs with the sqlserver PR label. Related to CAM-13625
