2.x annotions error #465

Loading

When loading legacy annotations, I got the following error

VM421 dataloaders.js:63 TypeError: Cannot read property '0' of undefined
    at covertToHumanLayer (VM368 util.js:496)
    at Array.map (<anonymous>)
    at VM421 dataloaders.js:57

This seems to be related to db1adbf

and the change from shape to shape[0]
