Describe the bug
There is no space between the quantity and label in account history items (e.g., "tenitems"), causing incorrect reading.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://muda.cambiatus.io/profile/user_profile'
2. Use NVDA to read account history items
3. Notice the lack of space between quantity and label

Expected behavior
There should be a space between quantities and their labels.
