The "view in block explorer" control is implemented as a link but should have button semantics, as it triggers an action.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'https://muda.cambiatus.io/profile/user_profile'
2. Focus on the "view in block explorer" control
3. Observe that it is announced as a link, not a button

Expected behavior
The control should have button semantics and be announced as a button.
