The current README file is missing key onboarding information, including direct links to the CAMARA wiki page, the relevant mailing list, and the API owner contact details. This hinders discoverability and slows down contributor onboarding.
Expected action
- Create README with links to wiki page and mailing list
- Update README with API information (API owner)
