[API Design Guideline] Potential usecases / reuse of DeviceResponse Object

CAMARA_Common.yaml intoduces a DeviceResponse object:

This is needed in responses to restrict the device parameters to ONLY those that were supplied in the input.

However, there are still clarifications needed, for example, based on camaraproject/Commonalities#489.

This issue is track the progress of the above discussion for potential adoption to Dedicated Network - Accesses API.
