"Connectivity Quality Management" as new name for the Sub Project "Quality On Demand"

Context

With #253 the API Repository of DedicatedNetworks got part of the Quality On Demand Sub Project. Already as part of this join it was discussed that the Sub Project needs a new name to encompass now the APIs within the three API Repositories QualityOnDemand, QoSBooking and DedicatedNetworks.

The proposal "Connectivity Quality Management" was already shortly discussed as a potential within the TSC on September 18th, and was agreed by the Sub Project team with strong support and no objections on September 19th.

Expected Action

The Sub Project "Quality On Demand" will be renamed into "Connectivity Quality Management", as discussed within

• Update README.md of APIs included in this Sub Project (DedicatedNetworks, QoSBooking, QualityOnDemand)
• Change the GitHub topic of these repositories from camera-sp-quality-on-demand to camera-sp-connectivity-quality-management
• Rename the mailing list sp-qod to sp-cqm (and join the members of sp-dedicated-networks into this mailing list - a remaining action from the joining the Sub Project)
• Create an issue within Marketing Working Group with the necessary changes to the API Description pages on the website
