In https://github.com/caltechlibrary/ames/blob/main/run_caltechauthors_harvestors.py and https://github.com/caltechlibrary/ames/blob/main/run_caltechauthors_matchers.py

Files should be reorganized and renamed to something like run_caltechauthors_get_links. Some code can be moved into matchers and harvesters

Write test for matchers
