TextInput only in mode="outlined" Prevent Scrolling Inside a ScrollView. #4390
Description
The Bug is Simple TextInput with mode "outlined" prevent a scrolling of the screen, but if we change it to flat the scrolling works fine,
This happens because in mode "outlined" tries to scroll inside the TextInput not the actual scrollview...

Can we take a look at it I don't now how the outlined is different from the flat mode
