feat: add dynamic libs support in brownfield-gradle-plugin

Summary

Fixes #123 - The brownfield-gradle-plugin will now provide a property in reactBrownfield extension to allow the developers specify what dynamic libs (.so) they want to be bundled with the aar. The usage will look like below:

reactBrownfield {
    dynamicLibs = listOf("libreact-native-mmkv.so", "libreact-native-fs-turbo.so")
}

Bumps react-native-screens to v4.15.2 to fix the underlying coil dependency.
