We currently mark pre-release on cal.com repo as
-rcin suffix. In this PR, we see if theRELEASE_TAGcontains-rc, and theprereleaseproperty of thecreateReleasefunction is dynamically set based on that.github.event.release.prerelease.github.event.release.prerelease
