time format wrong in scheduler confirmation email

Issue Summary

If an event is booked in 24-hours time format, the time format in the schedulers confirmation email is wrong. The time format in the confirmation email of the organiser on the other hand is as it should be in 24-hours format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. choose 24-hours format on booking page
2. book an event
3. the confirmation email (of the scheduler/booker) shows 12-hours format instead of 24-hours format

Proposal

Problem: When a booker selects 24-hour time format on the booking page, the confirmation email they receive still shows 12-hour format (e.g. "2:00 PM" instead of "14:00"). The organizer's email correctly uses 24h format, so the issue is isolated to the attendee/scheduler email template.

Solution:

• The booker's selected time format preference is likely not being passed through to the email rendering pipeline for attendee confirmation emails
• Key area to investigate: packages/emails/templates/ — specifically the attendee confirmation template (AttendeeScheduledEmail) vs the organizer template (OrganizerScheduledEmail)
• The organizer email likely reads the host's timeFormat preference from the database, while the attendee email defaults to 12h format instead of respecting the timeFormat query param or booking metadata
• Fix: Ensure the booker's selected timeFormat (12h/24h) is stored in the booking metadata and passed to the attendee email template's date formatting logic (likely using dayjs or Intl.DateTimeFormat)
