Issue Summary
If an event is booked in 24-hours time format, the time format in the schedulers confirmation email is wrong. The time format in the confirmation email of the organiser on the other hand is as it should be in 24-hours format.
Steps to Reproduce
- choose 24-hours format on booking page
- book an event
- the confirmation email (of the scheduler/booker) shows 12-hours format instead of 24-hours format
