[CAL-5135] Platform - Ability to Hide Individual Settings in Event-Type Atom

Background & Problem Statement

Currently, the system allows us to hide entire tabs (e.g., the "Advanced" tab) within the Event-Type Atom. However, there is no granular control to hide specific settings within a tab while keeping the rest of the tab visible.
