[CAL-3786] Event-type app metadata is unreliable

Sometimes an event type shows an app as enabled but it's not existing in the event-type's app metadata or the 'enabled' key is missing.

I experienced that when installing salesforce. It shows as automatically enabled on existing event types but the metadata is wrong. Not sure if this also happens with other apps
