Describe the bug

Similar to #1954 except that I can receive funds fine and there is no extra passphrase associated with my wallet (just the seed phrase) as far as I can remember. The seed phrase shows up correctly when I open it in the app, although on the "Keys" tab, the values are different from the old phone.

Received funds and balances show up correctly on both the old and new phone.

The only possible clue is that I recently restored from a backup to transfer from one phone to another. Sending from the old phone works fine.

Additionally the old phone has a slightly older version of CakeWallet than the new phone. So either it's that, or the restoration from the backup is not working correctly somehow?

Expected behavior

The ability to send funds.

Platform:

• OS: Android 16
• Cake Wallet Version: 5.6.1 (old phone) and 5.6.5 (new phone)

There was a bug that already got fixed in some of the versions older than 5.6.4 that could have caused this, I'd recommend either:

• Restore that one wallet from seed on your new phone
• Update cake wallet to latest version on your old phone and create a new backup
