Implemented distance and view angle culling. Can be improved a lot. Also added TXAA
Added View angle rotation (should accomplish with side tilt instead). Added hand drawn albedo and gloss maps. Added curved normals to blades. Added lerp to surface normal with distance to reduce aliasing (still trying to get with to work)
Started work on Wind. This commit will merge and will start new Wind branch
