Back to square two

The previous version ran fine in tests but didn't work when used as a dependency. This version reverts the update to Jersey2, while still keeping the additional utilities added in the previous version.

Attempt Number 2

This version just bumps up the versions of some of the internal dependencies, adds a couple of utility methods and cleans up a little bit of the testing code.

It's working!

Initial release of Jetter - a simple API framework backed by a combination of Jersey2-Jetty-Swagger.
