Latest version not pulled on Podman

I'm using Podman, when running podman image pull caddy:latest, I don't get the latest published version.

Is this a known issue? The current pulled version is 4 months old.

It's not "an issue". It's part of the process due to requirement of human involvement. It's pending: docker-library/official-images#19745.
