Hotfix for fresh installs (TUI) 📹

📹 TUI fresh config + install hotfix

This is a quick update to fix a issue on new installs where attempting to configure and begin using ytflashback via the TUI would result in a black screen and the current terminal instance crashing.

The fix also addresses the CLI, whereas now in both the CLI and TUI you will be prompted to enter in your API key and begin using the app as normal.
