I think what he means is to jam a target. Basically sending a face gateway MAC. I wrote a script for this ages ago. You can find it here:

this feature is already part of cSploit. simply choose a target and select connection killer.

I will make a ListView in Your Internet Gateway > MITM > show stats that will show hosts bandwidth and opened sites.

but honestly we have to wait that a my collaborator finishes his work on evilproxy, then will study how to achieve this View.
