MSF not working

Whenever I want to scan a target for vulnerabilities, it crashes shortly after pressing the "play" button and then prompts to send error logs to the developers, which I did a few times. I tried the MSF "csploit" branch as well as the "release" branch and reinstalled both the app and MSF a couple of times without luck.

Is this a know issue or does anyone else experience a same or has a suggestion on how to get MSF working with cSploit?

Can I provide any log files or did you guys receive them when I pressed "Ok" when prompted for error reporting?

Second small bug: The "Metasploit Status" pull down notification doesn't go away after existing cSploit.

Are you using the stable version or the latest nightly? Also, could we have a logcat output please?

This time it actually displayed a few vulnerabilities it found for a second and then crashed - previously it crashed right away.

PS: Using the latest release version, not the nightly. According to logcat it looks like nmap is dying, but it doesn't do that during subnet scans or inspections, so I wonder what could cause this when running the exploit finder..

Update: Just to be sure that issue is not fixed in the latest code already, I just removed the stable and installed the latest nightly instead, but it has the same issue.

Thank you @infinitnet for the tests, there are many null references like this one. @tux-mind is rewriting all this part of the app, so I don't know if we should fix it temporarily or wait to the new implementation.

You're welcome. Is there any update about this, ie. did you guy decide on a temporary fix or to wait until @tux-mind finished the new piece of code?

Thank you for your support infinitnet, but as ga said I'm totally rewriting
that part.

You can write some tests in the msf_restyling branch, here you'll find the
latest MSF sources.
I've already wrote some tests, but more tests are always good :)
