feat: Added a Bookmark Page

Description

There was no page for the bookmarks, so added a new page.
Added a field called bookmarked which stores the tutorial_ids for the bookmarked page. Added functionality like adding and removing bookmark (toggling) and showing all the bookmarked tutorials at bookmark page.

How Has This Been Tested?

I tested this on my machine

The tutorial Cards are inconsistent that is why showing wrong name for the cardheaders, but its a separate problem not interfering with the new change
