Fix documentation for 0.90 and 0.91

Hello,

It seems that versions 0.90 and 0.91 were recently published, however the documentation is not published on https://ocaml.org:

• 0.90 documentation
• 0.91 documentation

This is even more problematic as apparently several functions have been renamed (e.g. Gen.frequency -> Gen.oneof_weighted) so developers can't just browse 0.27 documentation.

Thanks for the report! I agree that this is unfortunate on top of the ongoing renaming.

For the 0.90 and 0.91 releases I've generated and posted documentation on https://c-cube.github.io/qcheck/ as usual.
Besides an odoc warning regarding the indentation of a code block (or the usual complaints about not finding Stdlib definitions for this and that) I didn't notice anything unusual when doing so.

The ocaml.org documentation is automatically generated on their side, and I'm guessing something has gone wrong in that process. I can see https://ocaml.org/p/qcheck-core/latest has a No Docs instead of a Docs link like
https://ocaml.org/p/qcheck-core/0.27 in the top left corner next to the Overview.

I think https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml.org/issues is the right repo for the report.
You are very welcome to help investigate and fix this!
