Compatibility with FragPipe

Is DeepScore compatible with FragPipe as input. Can you also enhance the identification of tryptic peptides using DeepScore. How would this behave for very large datasets.

We're planning to support FragPipe output. But I cannot tell a timeline for this for now. For tryptic peptides, we're working on this. This will be supported in the next version.
